Elinor Zalmona Bollag
Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie
Therapy for individuals, couples & groups
A relational and experiential approach to therapy for individuals, couples, and groups.
Individual Therapy
I work mainly with anxiety, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, identity and belonging, migration, and periods of personal crisis or major life change.
Couples Therapy
I work with couples who feel stuck in recurring cycles of conflict, distance, or disconnection. I also have particular experience working with intercultural couplesץ
Groups and Psychodrama
Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to explore ourselves in relationship with others, in real time. I use Psychodrama and experiential group methods to work with relationships, identity, belonging, recurring patterns, and life between cultures.
Areas I Work With
I work with people navigating migration and life between cultures, identity crises, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions.
These experiences often overlap. A move to another country can unsettle identity and belonging. Grief can intensify anxiety. Relationship difficulties can bring older fears and patterns to the surface. At times, what looks like one problem is connected to several layers of experience.
My work offers space to explore both what is happening now and what may be rooted in earlier experiences, while also looking at what can help you move forward.
How i work
My therapeutic style is interactive, creative, and client-centered.
I work integratively, drawing from Psychodrama, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and body-oriented and experiential methods.
Depending on what is needed, we may focus on what is happening in the present, on recurring relational or emotional patterns, on earlier experiences that still have an impact, or on the way emotions are experienced in the body.
I often use experiential methods such as role work, imagery, movement, and creative techniques when talking alone does not seem enough.
The work is adapted to each individual or couple. Sometimes it is concrete and focused on a current difficulty; at other times, it involves slowing down and understanding more deeply what is happening and where it comes from.
