Moving to another country can be a profoundly life-changing experience. It opens the door to new cultures, languages, and friendships — yet it also brings challenges that can touch the deepest layers of our identity. Being far from family and familiar surroundings, navigating cultural differences, and facing language barriers can lead to feelings of loneliness, confusion, or loss.
After years of building a life, developing professionally, and forming social connections, relocation can shake the foundations of who we are. Skills and qualities once taken for granted may suddenly feel less relevant, and this can impact our sense of confidence and belonging.
Migration is never only a logistical move — it is a personal, emotional, and existential journey. Even when daily life seems to function well, living between cultures can stir questions about identity, values, and home. Experiences of separation and loss may resurface, sometimes leading to anxiety, sadness, or inner tension.

In my work with individuals and groups — both in person and online — I provide a safe and supportive space to explore these complex emotions. Together, we observe what has been lost and what still lives within. This process helps to reconnect with your inner resources, clarify needs and desires, rebuild confidence, and discover growth that can emerge from times of transition.
